To confirm and sign the Minutes of the meeting of the Trustees of the Mountfield Pleasure Ground Trust, Lewes, and of the Stanley Turner Recreation Ground, Lewes dated 3 December 2014 (copy previously circulated).

Councillors are reminded that, when considering the following Trustees' Report, the Council is doing so in its capacity as the sole trustee of the Stanley Turner Recreation Ground, Lewes.

When making decisions relating to that charitable Trust the Council must always act in the best interests of the Trust.
