1.	Appointment of Chair Minutes: Councillor Morrisproposed, and Councillor Belsey seconded that Councillor Vaughan be appointed as Chair for this meeting. RESOLVED: That Councillor Vaughan was appointed Chair for the meeting.
2.	Apologies for absence / declaration of substitute members Minutes: There were none.
3.	Declarations of Disclosable Pecuniary Interests (DPIs) by members as required under Section 31 of the Localism Act and of other interests as required by the Code of Conduct Minutes: There were none.

PDF 92 KB Minutes: The Chair of the Licensing Sub Committee welcomed all parties to the hearing and detailed the procedure for the hearing. Those attending introduced themselves. The Specialist Advisor for Licensing, Dean Love, presented the report to the Sub-Committee, summarised the details and answered questions. The applicant, Mr Kevin Gillett, addressed the Sub Committee and responded to questions. Mr Gillett, summed up. Following all the evidence presented, the Sub-Committee retired to consider and determine the application. Michele Wilkinson, Housing and Regulatory Lawyer was in attendance to assist with any legal queries. The Lawyer returned to advise it was not possible to give the decision at the hearing and that the decision would be sent to the parties within five working days of the date of the hearing. RESOLVED: That the application for the premises licence be granted as set out in the attached Decision Notice document (Minutes Appendix 1).
