Confirmation of Minutes as an accurate record of the last meeting held on 5^th March 2024.

The Minutes of the last meeting, held 5 of March 2024, were confirmed as an accurate record.

Apologies were received from Councillor Belsey, and Councillor Shore attended as substitute.

Councillor Goodyear was appointed as a member of the Group for the meeting by the Head of Democratic Services under delegated powers in place of Councillor Smart.

For transparency, co-opted advisor, Jo Saady, noted a personal, non-pecuniary interest, as her architects’ company had been one of those initially invited to tend for the work by the Trustees of St John’s Parish Hall, and chose to absent herself from the meeting during discussion of that application in Item  ...  view the full minutes text for item 3.

Specialist Advisor (Conservation) to report on applications.

The Chair invited Chris Connelley, Conservation Specialist, to present his report regarding two applications and the Group then proceeded to consider each in turn.

Chris Connelley, Conservation Specialist, confirmed there were no new listings to report.
