Consultation process
A broad range of stakeholders were consulted to identify needs and to agree the scope and initial priorities of the Strategy in 2014 and a draft was published for comment in December 2015. A workshop was held in February to identify the actions for the plan included in the Strategy covering 2015 - 2016.
