• Councillor Tom Liddiard - Personal - Councillor Liddiard declared a potential personal interest as he knew one of the persons supplying evidence in support of the individual. Councillor Liddiard considered his position, sought legal advice and did not consider himself to have a prejudicial interest in the matter. He therefore remained in the room and participated in the decision making process.
