Impact Seaford was established in 2013 and is a designated ‘Coastal Community Team’. It operates a model of partnership working and participatory budgeting that puts the community at the heart of the process, and focusses on ambitious strategic projects that support Seaford as a thriving and economically diverse town to live, work and visit.
