The development of the council owned site at Bedfordwell Road is a significant, multi-million-pound development and regeneration scheme in Eastbourne, to unlock land and bring forward new housing supply options within the town.

The Board considers regular updates from key officers in respect of the project progress, which will include key risks in terms of finance, performance, and legal requirements, etc and will receive reports on programme, spend, and by exception where the scheme is delayed/overrun or over contract spend.
