The redundancy and redeployment policy with its associated procedures is a change management process within the Council designed to provide appropriate corporate assessment, support and learning interventions for those whose substantive posts are under threat.

(2) That the financial implications of severance for those identified in the event that redeployment was not secured by the relevant date be agreed.
