That Councillor Boorman be elected Chair of the Sub-Committee for the duration of the meeting.

An apology for absence was received from Councillor Adeniji. Councillor Denis declared he was the reserve councillor who was acting as substitute for Councillor Adeniji for the duration of the meeting.

Disclosure by councillors of personal interests in matters on the agenda, the nature of any interest and whether the councillor regards the interest as prejudicial under the terms of the Code of Conduct.

There were none.

To consider, under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 (as

amended), excluding the public and press from the meeting during the discussion of Item 4 on this agenda, as there are likely to be a disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraphs 1, 2 and 7 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act. It is considered that the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information.
