PDF 77 KB Minutes: Those attending were introduced, and the Chair of the Licensing Sub Committee welcomed all parties to the Hearing. The procedure for the hearing was explained. The Licensing Officer presented the Report to the Sub Committee, summarised the details and answered questions from Members. Mr Thornton, the Consultant for the applicant, Claire Beard, addressed the Sub-Committee and responded to questions. The representor, a nearby resident and representing the Old Racecourse Residents’ Association, addressed set out his concerns about the application and responded to questions. Mr Thornton summed up the application and both he and Claire Beard responded to points raised. The Sub Committee adjourned at 15:05 to consider the application. All attendees were advised that they would receive the decision of the Licensing Sub Committee as soon as possible and within five working days.
