15.	Apologies for absence/declaration of substitute members Minutes: Apologies were received from co-opted advisor Simon Barker.
16.	Declarations of Disclosable Pecuniary Interests (DPIs) by members as required under Section 31 of the Localism Act and of other interests as required by the Code of Conduct. Minutes: There were none. For transparency, Mr Howell noted that he knew the owner, as a fellow member of Eastbourne Society, but had no interest to declare.
