Councillor Keene (Deputy-Chair, in the Chair) welcomed everyone to the meeting.

Councillor Keene apologised to those in attendance and explained that as a result of various travel-related issues due to the inclement weather, the Committee was not quorate and all planning applications listed on the agenda would be moved to the next meeting of the Committee on Wednesday, 5 February 2025.

To confirm and sign the minutes of the previous meeting held on 4 December 2024 (attached herewith).

As the meeting was not quorate, the minutes of 4 December 2024 would be considered at the next meeting of the Committee on 5 February 2025.
