Any beneficial interest in land which is within the area of the Council named above.
A ‘beneficial interest’ could include land or property which I own or have a right to occupy (e.g. a tenancy), or receive an income from, and may be my home address.
(NOTE - Where you do not wish your address to appear on the public website – you can notify it to the Council’s monitoring officer only and the form will state that ‘an interest has been registered, but details are withheld from the public record’).
