Revised Regulatory Consumer Standards & Code of Practice for Managing Complaints

A report asking Cabinet to note the introduction of new consumer regulatory standards introduced by the Social Housing Regulator, and a new Complaints Code of Practice issued by the Housing Ombudsman, along with outcomes of the initial gap analysis conducted by officers setting out how our current service benchmarks against these.  The paper is asking for approval by Cabinet of the of the plans in place to fully asses the steps needed to ensure that the Councils service comply with the new standards.
