Grounds Maintenance Management - Proposal for the future of Grounds Maintenance across EBC and LDC

The report will bring forward options and recommendations for successor arrangements to replace the current Grounds Maintenance contract with ID Verde which terminates in March 2026.  A decision will be required with regards to the options presented and recommendations proposed to agree and determine successor arrangements for both Lewes and Eastbourne councils.
