• Councillor Robert Banks - Personal - Councillor Banks declared a personal interest in agenda item 10(a) – Motion on Planning Reform, as an employee of the LGA whose figures he intended to quote in his speech in support of the motion. He remained in the meeting and took a full part in the discussion and vote.
