• Councillor Gill Mattock - Disclosable Pecuniary Interest - Councillor Mattock declared a disclosable pecuniary interest in respect of item 26 below because her spouse had a pension under this scheme. Accordingly, she withdrew from the meeting for the duration of this item.
• Councillor John Ungar - Disclosable Pecuniary Interest - Councillor Ungar declared a disclosable pecuniary interest in respect of item 26 below as a member of the Local Government Pension Scheme. Accordingly, he withdrew from the meeting for the duration of this item.
