• Councillor Pat Hearn - Personal - Councillor Hearn declared a personal interest in minute 137, 21 Glynde Avenue, stating that she knew one of the parties involved with this application. Councillor Hearn considered there was a risk of there being an appearance of bias if she took part. Councillor Hearn withdrew from the room following the public speaking on this item although before the item was debated by the committee.
