• Councillor Paul Metcalfe MBE - Non Prejudicial - Councillor Metcalfe MBE, declared a personal and non-prejudicial interest in minute 18, land opposite Eastbourne Skate Park, seafront, stating that he had received an email from the applicant the morning of the Planning committee and that he knew the applicant. He did not consider that his acquaintance with the applicant would predetermine his decision and remained in the room and voted thereon.
