• Councillor Alan Shuttleworth - Personal - Councillor Shuttleworth declared a personal interest in item 2 as he lived in relative proximity to the premises. He did not however consider that this fact was sufficient to qualify as a prejudicial interest and neither considered it would prejudice his judgement of the public interest.
• Councillor Annabelle West - Personal - Councillor West declared a personal interest in item 2 as she lived in relative proximity to the premises. She did not however consider that this fact was sufficient to qualify as a prejudicial interest and neither considered it would prejudice her judgement of the public interest.
