Purpose:
To note the College Conservation Area
Appraisal and to recommend to Cabinet the designation of the
revised College Conservation Area.
Decision:
(1) To note the revised College Conservation Area as set out in Appendix 1 of the report, and recommend to Cabinet its designation.
(2) To, in consultation with the Chair of Planning, make minor or technical amendments as necessary to the revised College Conservation Area.
Reasons for the decision:
The Director of Regeneration and Planning agreed to exercise the urgency powers conveyed on him to determine this decision, having taken into account the Chair’s views on the matter.
This decision took into account the need to allow for the expansion of the College Conservation Area Appraisal as detailed in Appendix 1 to the report.
