Planning Application for the installation of clear glazed
balustrades to beach side terraces of 1- 10 White Point, subject to
the conditions listed at the end of the Officer’s report,
following a decision on 190932. If 190932 is not decided within 3
months (as per the recommendation) or is refused then to refer the
application back to planning committee for determination.
Decision:
To delegate to the Head of Planning to grant planning permission to approve the application for the Installation of clear glazed balustrades to beach side terraces of 1- 10 White Point, subject to the conditions listed at the end of the Officer’s report, following a decision on 190932. If 190932 is not decided within 3 months (as per the recommendation) or is refused, then to refer the application back to planning committee for determination.
Reasons for the decision:
The Director of Regeneration and Planning.
1) Agreed to exercise the urgency powers conveyed on him to determine this application.
2) Had considered the Chair’s representations on the application.
