To receive and note a report (if submitted to this meeting) giving details of employees currently subject to this policy and related financial implications. The redundancy and redeployment policy with its associated procedures is a change management process within the Council designed to provide appropriate corporate assessment, support and learning interventions for those whose substantive posts are under threat.

(1) To note the actions taken to manage implications of change for displaced individuals through support, redeployment and assistance with self-marketing under the redundancy and redeployment procedure.

(2) To agree the financial implications of severance for those identified.
