To confirm and sign the minutes of the previous meeting held on 23 July 2024 (attached herewith).

The minutes of the meeting held on the 23 July 2024 were submitted and approved, and the Chair was authorised to sign them as an accurate record.

Apologies for absence were received from Councillors Graham Amy, Christoph von Kurthy and Sean MacLeod.

Disclosure by councillors of personal interests in matters on the agenda, the nature of any interest and whether the councillor regards the interest as prejudicial under the terms of the Code of Conduct.

Resolved:

That planning application LW/24/0382 for the replacement of aluminium composite corrugated sheet roof with standing seam roof system, and the installation of 131 solar panels to the southern roof slope of the proposed new roof be approved, subject to the conditions set out in the report and supplementary report.

Resolved:

That planning application SDNP/24/01992/FUL for the replacement of doors and windows to three flat blocks, including communal areas be approved, subject to the conditions set out in the report.

Resolved:

That planning application SDNP/24/02132/LIS for the refurbishment and replacement works to the basements and ground floor levels of property be approved, subject to the conditions set out in the report.
