It is considered that the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information. Determination of ‘fit & proper’ status of a driver in relation to his Dual Drivers Licence Report of the Director of Service Delivery. Minutes: RESOLVED: To reinstate the dual drivers licence but to immediately suspend it for six weeks. In addition, that a written warning be given, which would be on record for a period of three years from the date the decision was served, to the effect that should there be any complaints, of any nature, the matter would be referred to a Licensing Sub Committee.
