To authorise the grant of planning permission for the erection of 16 dwellings together with parking for 22 vehicles and access subject to conditions as set out at the end of the Officer’s report and in the addendum to the report, and to a Section 106 Legal Agreement to cover:

·         Local Labour Agreement;

·         Affordable housing contribution;

·         Traffic Regulation Order costs (£5000);

·         Highway works to the junction of Sandpiper Walk and Kingfisher Drive; and

·      Review of submitted viability assessment information following construction, including any changes to abnormal and build costs and final sale prices of units.
