20/07/2020 - Determination of Planning Application 200289 - Langney Shopping Centre Car Valet, Langney Shopping Centre, 64 Kingfisher Drive, Eastbourne, East Sussex

To authorise the determination of the application for the erection of 11 houses together with parking by:-

  1. Delegating to the Head of Planning to negotiate revised drawings to mitigate the concerns raised by ESCC Highways; and
  2. On receipt of updated drawings and subject to no material planning issues being raised from the consultation regime then the application be delegated to the Head of Planning to grant Planning Permission subject to conditions and a S106 Legal Agreement to cover local labour and an affordable housing off-site contribution(as set out at the end of the Officer’s report).
