Consultation process
The draft strategy is based on an extensive Homelessness Review which collated information from a wide range of agencies working with homeless people. Initial consultation with members of the Eastbourne Housing Forum followed by wider public/stakeholder consultation. The draft Strategy will be circulated to Registered Housing providers, housing / advice agencies, VCS groups working with homeless people, communities of interest (e.g. DIG) and through the Landlords Forum - as well as the Council’s website and relevant newsletters (3VA, SPARK).
