Consultation process
Communication ongoing with staff representatives throughout mobilisation period. The Joint Transformation Programme Consultative Forum will continue to meet on a bimonthly basis, involving a range of staff representatives including UNISON representatives. In January 2017, the first formal consultation will take place on the new roles and teams to be recruited to in Phase One.
