To consider amended proposals submitted by the ‘ Your Eastbourne BID Steering Group’ for the establishment of a BID in the town centre. Cabinet previously authorised the BID at their meeting on 22 March 2017.
The council is required to approve the proposals, authorise the council’s returning officer to conduct a ballot of business ratepayers in the defined area and if the ballot gives approval set up he necessary arrangements for collecting the levy.
