• Councillor Colin Murdoch - Prejudicial - Councillor Murdoch was present in the public gallery and declared he had a prejudicial interest in minute 8 land at Rodmill Drive as he wished to speak in objection to the application. He advised that he would be exercising his right as a member of the public to address the committee and would be speaking from the public gallery and would then leave the room whilst the item was discussed.
