• Councillor Barry Taylor - Personal - Councillor Taylor declared a interest in minute 25 land off Brede close and minute 28 Land adjacent to 38 Timberley Road, as he had raised concerns at a previous Council meeting regarding Council policy for loss of parking for residents as a result of the redevelopment of Council owned garages. He felt that this had predetermined his decision of future applications of this nature. Councillor Taylor withdrew from the room whilst the applications were considered and did not vote thereon.
